Rental fee includes:
• 100 padded folding chairs, prep/display tables, stage lighting, a projection screen and a built-in sound system.
• (Sound technician and video/slide projector are not included and would be required at additional cost.)
• OM Rental Hall closes at midnight, so your event would need to conclude around 11:00 p.m. to allow for clean up, etc.
RATES:
Hourly Rental Rate: $100 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. Rental time needs to include your set-up and tear-down hours.
Custom Pricing: Full- or multiple-day rentals.
All Day: The rental rate for both a wedding and reception combined is a flat rate of $1000 for the entire day, from 8 a.m. to midnight (Tear down finished by midnight) Full day rental allows for deliveries (tables, linens, flowers, food, etc), catering access, decorating, set up, sound equipment check (mics, music) tear down-cleaning, etc.
You may select any caterer of your choice with no additional rental fee.
