Buffalo County Fairgrounds, Kearney — The Ag Pavilion hosts most of our receptions and conferences.  It contains two spaces that can be used together or separately. The space most commonly used for receptions and meetings is 117' x 56' with additional space of 18' x 92'.  The second space is 178' x 114'.  This building also contains a 70' x 115' dirt arena for livestock events.

The 117' by 218'. It will hold 160 - 10'x10' booths. It contains a large and small meeting rooms, which can be combined into one larger space.  It is often used in conjuctions with the Exhibit Building for larger trade shows.  The building can host receptions for 400 people. "Big Venue, Small Price", An Eventective User
The space in the Ag Pavillion is large and the price is reasonable. It is not the fanciest venue, but it gets the job done. Only 150 chairs and 20 tables were included in the rent. It was extra for additional chairs and tables, for the kitchen, for a stage if you want for the head table, for decorating the day before or picking up the day after. You have to either have a liquor license or give your liquor away for free. The option of giving liquor away was great for us. My husband's uncle owns a bar and got us liquor at cost. We got all of our beer, wine, hard alcohol for approximately the cost of two kegs at any other venue we looked at. You also have to provide your own insurance. None of these things were problems in our case. We wanted round tables instead of rectangular anyways, so we had to rent from AAA. It didn't matter how many were included. My husband owns his home, so we simply added the Fairgrounds to the policy temporarily. It worked out great!
