Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposit To reserve the space a $100 deposit is required and will go on a VINO Stl gift card that will be applied to the bill on the date of your event. The deposit is refundable 2 weeks prior to your event date. Anytime after 2 weeks your deposit is forfeited. Event Space Minimum Charge The rental charge is based on a minimum charge. For instance if your guests charge is $15/guests for 30 guests, your minimum Spend would be $450. If you do not reach your minimum charge by the end of the event, the remaining balance will be loaded to a VINO Stl gift card and can be used at future visits. Gratuity There is a 20% minimum gratuity added to the bill. Of course, additional gratuity is always welcomed but not required. Scheduled Time Please include your setup and breakdown time in your rental time slot. Average parties plan for a 30 minute setup and a 30 minute breakdown. Each additional 30 minutes over your scheduled time is $50. Photography Photography is allowed at events and lighting provided by your photographer is allowed as long at it remains in the reserved space. We have a ring light & iPad available for $25 and a custom template can be created for an additional $25. Decor We love when our guests decorate for their event and we do allow decor as long at it remains in the reserved space. However, please factor decorating in setup and breakdown time. Social Media We ask that you please allow us to take a few pictures of your event. We use the pictures to promote private events on our social media platforms, websites and ads. If you do not want us to take photos of your event we understand.
