Our room smelled , the carpets where stained, our ac was broken, we called front desk, they sent up some overnight guy, scary man high on drugs. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

There is a real need for clean quality lodging at the Lake, especially on the this side of the Lake.... The Resort at Port Arrowhead isn't it.
