Our rental fee includes 60" round tables, Chivari chairs and linens. We are an open cater facility with the 10 preferred caters in KC. We own our liqour license and offer several attrative packages.

The Cotillion Room is a beautiful venue for weddings, receptions, and a variety of other special events. However we are especially proud of the beautiful garden seen through the glass in the French doors. The doors open to the surprise of all guests to a scene of a lily pond with a bridge, five landscaped tiers of flowers, a large deck set with a view of five acres of wooded land.
When guests enter the garden through the French doors they enjoy looking down at the very large Koi fish in the lily pond and then proceed down the path to a large deck then on down the path to a lovely gazebo surrounded by flowers often used for wedding ceremonies. Guests will notice that the garden is secluded by tall privacy fences on the South and East leaving the North open to the grassy meadow and forest. The garden boosts of flowered paths, a garden swing and fountain for a beautiful background for pictures.
