About Boone County History & Culture Center

History & Culture Center - includes a 2,800 sq. foot, U-shaped art gallery, a renovated conference room that seats 16-18, an outdoor covered veranda and adjoining gazebo. Indoor or outdoor weddings and wedding receptions for between 50 and 120, mixers/receptions for up to 150 (when few tables are desired), business lunches and conferences for up to 50. Indoor banquet chairs, tables, table cloths, free wi-fi and access to a kitchen are included in all rentals. There is a preferred caterer and the Boone County History & Culture Center does not provide food and beverage (except for coffee service). The Boone County History & Culture Center is a non-profit, whose first focus is the preservation of local history and the cultural arts here in Columbia, Missouri. Venue rentals for outside clients help to provide financial support for our non-profit.
