We operate our Private Dining Program based on Food & Beverage Minimums so that you can get the most out of your budget! (*The only time we charge a Room Fee is if the Food & Beverage Minimum is not met or if a Cancellation Fee applies.)
LE CHEESEBURGER ROYALE: aged cheddar and thick- cut bacon served with hand- cut fries
CROQUE MADAME: open faced ham and cheese with bechamel and fried egg
served wtih hand- cut fries
KNIFE AND FOR CHICKEN CLUB: chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, aioli and avocado
SALUT CHICKEN COBB: grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, beets, bleu cheese, egg, tomato, and house made green goddess dressing
CRAB CAKE OSCAR: Salut house crab cake, asparagus, poached egg, bearnasie
CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST: brioche, maple- sea salt butter, fresh fruit
QUICHE: quiche lorraine or spinach served with field greens
FRENCH COUNTRY OMELETTE: pit ham, onion, swiss cheese served with creamy hash or small field greens
