The driver was there before he was suppose to be. The limo we rented looked great and was very clean. All my friends were very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely use this service again for any type of occasion. |

Their reservation system is great and their drivers are always on time. I've been a customer for 5 years and I've never had one bad experience. I wouldn't use any other company than Aaccent! |

He was parked a block away from the church that we were comign out of. We had to wait in the parking lot for him to pick us up while all of the guests watched. He rolled the red carpet under the vehicle instead of in front of us to get in. He had us all in the limo with no air on on a rare 90 degree day. He had no sense of direction, we had to give him play by play on where to drive to. He never apologized for upsetting us. When my husband called to complain we talked witht he owner, who was rude to us. He made excuses for everything, never apologized to us, started to yell at my husband, told my husband "what did you expect for the price you paid?" I don't think $450 was cheap by any means. And then he hung up on us. I would not reccomend this place to anyone!!!! What horrible customer service. |
