Sue Swanson did a wonderful job as the flower coordinator and reception set up for my daughters wedding. We live in another state so meeting her and speaking to her in person was not possible, but I was so pleased with the amount time she spent with both of us over the phone, on several occasions, to get a real clear understanding of what we wanted both in the church and at the reception. She was very patient listening and offered suggestions, but also very understanding if we rejected her ideas. It was all about what the bride wanted for the special day. Sue was resourceful working with us over the Internet finding just the design we were looking for. She is knowledgeable with current decorating trends. I was relieved that she had resources for purchasing our flowers at wholesale 1400 miles apart in a state she is unfamiliar with. She took the lead and not only secured the flowers in advance but knew all the other details from purchasing the ribbons and vases to the directions to the flower shop. She is extremely organized and has wonderful attention to detail. In addition to the flowers, Sue was able to offer wonderful ideas for decorating the church and the reception hall. Sue was able to coordinate 8 people for setting up the reception hall and easily took the lead to delegate work to get done in a timely manner . Sue was focused and calm from the time she arrived from the airport to the day of the wedding taking such care of all the details on the final day we never had to worry about last minute details or question her planning. Sue has a calm personality and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her for any event planning.
