Available Sundays only, all year round; must be paid in full 30 days before the wedding; with deposit paid at time of booking. CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS Cancel after 5 days but at least 1 year (365 days) before the wedding date and you can have a refund of all money except 20%... again, no questions asked. Cancel after 5 days and within 365 of the ceremony date no refunds. Sorry - inventory is our time; all the while we were booked for you we were not available to others. If the wedding is off, we're really sorry. If you have a friend who is getting married, we may be able to offer you a gift certificate for your friend for some of our services. If the wedding is still on, see reschedule below, assuming you are still considering us for your wedding. DEFAULT If you do not make payment for more than 4 months, we may assume you no longer want the reservation made and could cancel it, with no refunds due to you. Prior to this, we would contact you by phone and email to give you advance notice. While we hope it would never come to this, here it is, in writing. CHANGES The guest count and food cost can be adjusted until 1 week before the event. The final balance will be adjusted up or down to reflect this guest count. Minimum guest count for reception is 75 and maximum is 220. Services may be added, removed, customized, but minimum package price is $5555.00 inclusive of taxes, tips, and all fees. TERMS The Customer agrees to the following terms, assumes responsibility to communicate all of these terms to guests and to help guests with special needs. • Parking is available the premises. • Fab Weddings bans guns on its premises. • The Customer is personally responsible for damages caused by its guests; and not covered by Company’s insurance. • The Customer will inform and ensure guests follow the rules set forth in this agreement, by communicating to them the facility rules, and by assigning two ushers to direct the guests as to where to park, where to go and what is not allowed. • The Customer assumes all responsibility to become familiar with laws governing the serving, consumption, and sale of alcohol, and to ensure they are observed during Customer’s event. • By making this reservation, you agree not to hold Rosemount Rose Mountain LLC, Budget Weddings, Fab Weddings on a Budget, Cindyrella’s Wedding Chapel, the Rose Mountain Spiritual Community Center, or any of its agents liable for any amount greater than the amount of the service fee for the specific reservation made under this agreement. • The Customer assumes liability for any claims made by your guests and agrees to indemnify Company, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, agents and any parties who own or are in possession of real estate associated with the claim. • In the event of a dispute, The Customer agrees to have the dispute settled through mediation by a party chosen by Company.
