Created in 1863 by Harry B. Moore, whom made his fortune from stockpiling millions of feet of timber on upriver banks. H.B. Moore created this simplified Gothic home in the heart of Saugatuck, Mi. During the 1960s it was used as the Congregational Church parsonage which is located next to the manor and also created in the 1860s. This home no is restored with a British Colonial interior and a beautiful open green area behind the house overlooking the beautiful stain glass windows from the historical church. This 1860 home is perfect for entertaining. A fenced-in yard and large deck provide a wonderful setting for your guests to enjoy. Enchanting yard adorned with life size bronze sculptures. This location offers a romantic and intimate venue, perfect for any occasion. Located in Saugatuck, Michigan, voted "Coolest Small City of America" 2010. One block away from downtown Saugatuck which obtains many restaurants, boutiques, boating and three blocks away from Chain Ferry Oval Beach. This magical location is a perfect getaway for any season.
