I will be your personal planner (assistant) and will ONLY finalize your event according to your plans and instructions, and provide on-site management on the day of your event. I will represent you as your Event Planner for with all of your vendors. You will meet with me at least two to four weeks in advance to discuss your specific plans. I'll take all of your information and contact and coordinate with you and your vendors exactly what is necessary to make your event go exactly as planned. The details of your event, including venue, transportation, lodging, decorations, entertainment and other vendors should be predetermined for this package.**

This package provides our unlimited assistance from the initial consultation to on-site coordinator for your event. I'll work side by side with you to go over all the details that will make your event one to remember.
I'll handle all of the arrangements for your venue, caterers, florist, photographers, musicians, officiate, etc.** And I'll guarantee you that Vivian Vernell Event Planning & Promotions, Inc. will bring professionalism, uniqueness and quality service to your event that will set it apart from the ordinary.
As a bonus, All-Inclusive Packages will include orchestration of both the ceremony and reception for weddings.*** Whatever your event, I will conscientiously and unobtrusively orchestrate the logistics of your day/night!

Save an additional 30% when you book this package by March 31, 2013.*
*Our base Day-of-the-Coordinator package fees are based upon the client's budget at the rate of 18%, 20% and 24% respectively. In addition to the initial deposit, a non-refundable payment equal to 50% of the total package rate is due at the time of execution of the agreement. A 6% sales tax is applied on your total package costs.
Package Includes:
- A confirmation meeting with bride 4-6 weeks before wedding day; - Event coordinator liaison between bride & vendors, including gathering of vendor contracts; - Attend/conduct wedding rehearsal, coordinate/assist with transition to wedding reception; - Coordinate/supervise entire wedding day including reception: assist ushers, assist bride/bridesmaids with dressing, processional, vendor payments, etc.
*Wedding/reception budget must equal $2,500 or more; *Earliest available wedding/reception date is June 1, 2013.

Today is the day! This package is designed for the DIY planner who only needs assistance with the coordination and execution of the logistics of an event on the day the event occurs.
-A Vivian Vernell representative will arrive 3-hours prior to the start of the event with the delivery of specialty items (name tags, decorations, linens, etc.),
-A Vivian Vernell representative will coordinate and execute the set-up of the event, act as point-of-contact for vendors, and execute the break-down of the event.
-The rates for this package are based on and include the amount of time (8 hours) needed and number of attendees (maximum 100) to the event, and whether an additional Vivian Vernell staff assistant is necessary.
-These packages require a non-refundable $600 deposit. This deposit will not be applied towards the client's total package costs.
