We had the BEST experience with Crossroads for our wedding! Jenn was fantastic to work with and made planning seem like a breeze. The venue was set up perfectly when we arrived the night before for rehearsal. The staff was super attentive and helpful and the food was delicious! 5 out of 5 stars!

If you want someone to care about your wedding and/or reception like it was their own, then Kristie is your person. Kristie has an incredible passion, positive attitude, and creative mind. Planning a wedding/reception during a pandemic is quite difficult, but with Kristie, she made it happen. We ended up in a tent in the parking lot due to the COVID limitations. The entire event was perfect and every last detail was taken care of. The food is really good, don't let the word "catering" of "Distinctive Catering" deceive you. Lastly, when we had to scramble and figure out a music situation, Kristie not only reached out to a contact, but she got it all setup and tested for me on the big day. Kristie definitely made the day go so well. Lastly, the staff is very professional and courteous as well.

Wedding Reception - An Eventective User from Grand Rapids, MI

I'm not sure my now husband and I could have survived planning our pandemic reception without Kristie. Her positive attitude, knowledge about reception planning & willingness to help was unmatched. We ended up renting a tent to put i. front of the venue due to covid restrictions and just for fun a major thunderstorm rolled through the middle of our event, but with Kristie at the helm the show went on. She and her staff went above and beyond for us and our guests. We are forever grateful. Even with all the chaos of the storm the meal was served and the food was excellent! It was worth every penny.
