OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU INCLUDES: PRIOR TO THE EVENT: •Meeting ahead of time to walk through each and every detail, including: • The timeline • Order of events • Specific songs • What we like to call “Critical Points”. These are things that absolutely must be adhered to in order to make sure the event is successful. •Completing all contractual and logistical details to ensure the event focus is on the entertainment, not the paperwork. •Being available to you to answer any questions and to allow you to get to know us and establish an important level of comfort. AT THE EVENT •Arriving on time to setup equipment and prepare for the event. •Providing the same DJ you have met with and been contractually committed to. •Keeping a smile on our face all night long. •Being attentive, alert and aware of factors that may impact the way we MC your event. •Working with the facility manager to coordinate events. •Keeping you our #1 focus at ALL TIMES!! AFTER THE EVENT •Following up with you to find out if we could have done anything better to improve our future performances. •Being available as a valuable resource for any future needs you may have.
