We invite you to schedule a visit to the Lyman Estate and meet with one of our knowledgable event coordinators. The Lyman Estate is a National Historic Landmark located in Waltham, Massachusetts. The Estate, also known as "The Vale" is available to rent for weddings and private functions. The facility sits on 37 acres of landscaped grounds and can host up to 175 guests for a reception and 150 guests for a seated event. Your Event Coordinator provide a list of caterers, photographers, musicians, liquor suppliers, and florists. The Lyman Estate offers a unique and elegant setting for corporate functions such as meetings, parties, retreats and school reunions. During the warmer months, companies may host outings such as barbecues or clambakes and enjoy the extensive lawns for outdoor games. The Lyman Estate is air conditioned. In addition to 100 white folding chairs and tables in a variety of sizes, we supply a podium and speaker, projection screen and an easel. On weekdays, the Lyman Estate may be rented for small meetings and seminars. The availability of the grand ballroom as well as smaller break-out rooms makes the Lyman Estate a unique and comfortable setting.
