Celebrated a themed adult birthday party in the tavern room. The space was perfect and the event coordinator, Cat was wonderful to work with. Our out of town guests were very happy with their hotel rooms.

We are so happy we chose the Lakeside Inn for our daughter's Quince. The property has beautiful views of the lake from every banquet room. Cat the party coordinator went above and beyond to make our daughter's big party wishes come true. We'd send her pictures of the decor, cake, and lighting and she took care of it all. She even found a photographer last minute. The chef was very flexible and the food was delicious, we even had an arepa station. The bartender and staff were attentive and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend doing your next event here.

Great place and amazing costumer service. All of our experience was outstanding! We rented the Tavern for my daughter’s quinceanera / 15 debut party. Everything come out more than perfect and better than we expected. We loved Cat’s flexibility, patience and amazing human costumer service. Food was delicious, cake, drinks! The bartender, the DJ, the servers, the manager in duty that evening, Nicely did an amazing party decor. Trust the way my daughter dreamed about. Everything was just perfect. We are happy to have found Hte Lakeside Side Inn. Definitely it’s going to be our first choice venue for our events. And I’ll recommend it any one I know. I had my daughter's first birthday at The Lakeside Inn. Cat, the planner contacted me quickly and professionally. She was available every time i messaged her. I was really impressed with their flexibility in terms of menu. My husband is brazilian and i wanted to add some of his cuisine to the event. Additionally, we as well as much of my family is gluten free. They were able to make brazilian food so well that my husband loved it and able to make 75% of the menu gluten free, including chicken fingers! The entire staff was so friendly and kind and attentive. And the DECORATIONS! I told them the theme, bought most of the decos and what they came up with so beautiful! They even had a connection with someone that made chocolate covered pretzels and marshmallows for favors. It was a flawless operation, a great environment, (both of their main even rooms face the Wakefield Lake with huge windows and great views so you don't feel like you are stuck in a hotel), awesome party vibes, good food, truly an awesome experience! I can't wait to have another occasion to celebrate so that I can work with them again!

On December 18, 2022, my now husband and I were married/held our wedding reception luncheon at The Lakeside Inn in Wakefield, MA. It was absolutely wonderful. The event coordinator, Cat was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant. The venue was artfully decorated. The passed horderves were well received, and the buffet luncheon was delicious. The cheesecake dessert was my personal favorite...sooo good! From beginning to end our wedding experience was perfect. Special thanks to Cat, Nicely and Al!!

For my baby shower, I ended up having to find a venue last minute (less than a month before) due to the number of guest planning to attend. I found The Lakeside Inn easily on eventective.com, saw picture and reviews and reached out about having my baby shower there. The venue contacted me right away, customize the catering menu and I was able to easily schedule a date to view the venue before booking. The room was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the lake, and plenty of space for 30 guests. We were also able to bring additional decorations and setup a hour before guest arrived. Since we wanted an interactive baby shower, we chose to have a continental breakfast style menu and was very impressed with the variety of the pastry presented (and we even have a waffle station!). The service there was great, very helpful for the entire event from clearing plates to answering questions. Would definitely recommend The Lakeside Inn for others!

Beautiful modern, well maintained venue for my daughters baby shower! Wide variety of choices in menu, plenty of food and all delicious! Catherine, the organizer, is perfectly helpful and was there every step of the way to make the day successful. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The Lakeside Inn was really the only place where we could be both inside and outside, with its' huge yard where we could also be outside playing games, which was important for the many children who came. Also, the location in Wakefield made it a perfect central location for the many folks coming from far and wide. Yes! It is directly on a lovely lake and the many large windows offer a lovely view. I cannot recommend more highly than the Lakeside Inn!

Best staff I have ever dealt with at any function, they went above and beyond! Hats off to the Chef and David our Bartender. They exceeded all of our expectations. I received so many compliments from my guests! We chose the Tavern for our sons graduation, It was so much fun! 5 stars to you guys for making this a memorable event!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food was amazing, the service was better, and through it all the coordinator was attentive and helpful. My next event will be back at the beautiful LakeSide Inn!

Beautiful indoor and outdoor area. Very professional and accommodating. Very nice and caring staff. Catherine the manager was the best. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a women's group annual meeting followed by a celebration, food, music, dance. I was a bit worried about the type of welcome we will receive because we are black women with English as a second language, the staff treated us as family, great communication and courteous service. Will plan more meetings at this fantastic venue.

I had my son’s HS Graduation party here with 85 guests. We had an awesome time. Catherine (my event manager) went above and beyond to help me plan this event. I truly recommend this venue to everyone!

We just had our wedding at Lakeside Inn, and we seriously could not have picked a better place. Cheryl, the person in charge of organizing events at the inn, is simply AMAZING!!! She is so friendly, kind, gracious, helpful, and professional. She walked us through the whole process, was never fazed by our questions, and always took the time to make sure we were happy with how things were going. She is SUPER creative and talented, and came up with so many cool ideas for our event!! Cheryl is someone you can completely trust with your wedding day. I told her that if she needed to make any decisions the day of the wedding, to go right ahead and not even ask (since we would be at the ceremony elsewhere). When we came back for the reception, it was a little colder and drizzlier than we had anticipated... and we found cute pop-up tents and blankets on the benches outside around the fire pit, which she had bought that morning so that we could still enjoy the lawn and not get cold!! Our guests loved it and everyone snuggled up around the fire pit while the more intrepid ones ran around on the grass. The inn itself is also very cute inside, with nice decor. We rented the whole downstairs area, which I would recommend doing if you want to use the lawn as well as the indoors. The newly renovated dining room is REALLY beautiful, and having the whole bar to ourselves was a great choice: we held the dancing in there, and guests who needed a break could play pool or hang out by the fire pit with s'mores. Being by the lake, it has beautiful indoors and outdoors! All in all, I highly recommend Cheryl and the other staff at Lakeside, and we hope to go back and visit when we can!
