"Best Florist in the Berkshires", An Eventective User from Pittsfield, Massachusetts
My experiences with Viale Florist have always been pleasant. I've both sent and received arrangements with them, from sympathy wreaths to Valentine's day bouquets. The people who work there have always been very nice and helpful, and the prices are always fair. The flowers received are always fresh and beautiful, and most last longer than expected. They also have an extremely large selection of arrangements. They keep books full of images of all the arrangements they offer, and from my experience the product received is always true to the image in the book. Their delivery services are also outstanding. They offer same-day delivery, and I've never once placed an order with them and not received it by the estimated time they've given me. In fact, most of the time they deliver much faster than expected. They also offer online ordering, which makes things even easier. They are by far the best and easiest to deal with florist I've ever ordered from, and I've been ordering from them faithfully for years now. There isn't much of a selection in the area, and I'm almost certain that it's because the quality of Viale's services eliminates a need for it. If you're looking for a florist in the Berkshires, this is definitely the one to go to.
