Accommodating with a Smile - An Eventective User

Dear Stuart, I had planned on writing to you about our experience there at the Hampton Inn Boston Natick. We could not have had a nicer experience. I was truly amazed at the attitude of ALL of your staff - from the front desk right down through the housekeeping unit. And many of our guests mentioned that too. No matter what we needed or asked for, everyone willingly helped us out with a smile on their faces! The weekend was a great experience for all of us. Thank you for getting the television and the extension cords for us. As it turned out we ended up using the projector and screen with our PA system to amplify the sound and it was great. We decided that everyone would be able to see it better if we enlarged it with a projector and it was much clearer than it had been when I originally tried it at home. We did need your extension cords to accomplish this - we are so grateful that you were able to get them for us. Overall our experience at your hotel was a great one. We could not have made a better choice. Everyone was so accommodating and we really appreciated it. And the Garden Terrace (did I get the correct name for it?) turned out to be even better than the Concord room for our banquet night, even though moving was a little inconvenient with the PA system and all. That room had high ceilings and lots of space, making it great for our entertainment that evening. Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you again, Very sincerely, Paulette

Thank you Melissa – Everything did indeed work out wonderfully. I did forget to request no rain, which I’m sure you could have arranged if I had mentioned J. Rooms were great, breakfast was wonderful & the shuttle was an excellent bonus. This was my last year of making the exchange trip as my youngest is moving on to high school, however I was able to get the school admin & coaches switched to your location this year, so I’m confident they’ll be booking with you next year ( the 39th year!) & beyond….
