The Endicott Estate is a grand 19th century mansion situated on a 15-acre panorama of lush green lawn that is punctuated by stately elm, spruce and weeping willow trees. Rental of the estate includes the first floor, the porch and the grounds. Rooms are not rented individually. In the case of business meetings, the second floor rooms are available for breakout purposes.

The Endicott Estate, Dedham — The elegant facade of the Endicott Estate welcomes you and your guests.Today's Endicott Estate is the second home to stand on these grounds. The original homestead burned to the ground in 1904 after the local volunteer fire department, responding to three separate fires burning simultaneously, reached the Endicott fire last. By the time they arrived, it was too late. Only ashes remained. It is said that Henry Bradford Endicott took the burning of the homestead as a divine command to rebuild. And rebuild he did, in a truly grand manner.
Today, the Endicott Estate has the distinction of being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is a privilege to offer the use of the Estate and surrounding grounds to the public, upholding Henry's stepdaughter Katherine's wish to use the house and property for "educational, civic, social and recreational purposes."

| The Grand Ballroom at the Endicott Estate often hosts holiday parties, art shows, concerts, and seminars. The ballroom is located on the first floor of the estate and features an adjoining portico. The interior of the room is decorated with Ionic columns and duel balustrades. Additional banquet tables can be set up on the landing which leads to the ballroom. The remainder of the first floor consists of the Library, Dining Room, Mirrored Parlor, and Music Room. There are also two covered porches and a fully equipped kitchen.
Keep your celebration intimate with a formal sit down dinner for up to 150 guests. For guest lists up to 200, encourage your family and friends to discover the charm of the entire Estate with an elegant 'Station' or 'Buffet' dinner. |
