Wedding / Bar/Bat Mitzvah / Event / Business coverage for three hours.
Includes all of the Photographs in addition to a Website. If this is a Wedding and there is a rehearsal, I will, if possible, attend it at no additional cost.
Additional hours may be added on at an additional cost of $150 an hour.
At the Client''s request, additional add-ons - CD's /DVD's, albums, enlargements, etc. can be obtained at an additional cost. |
The deposit is due before any Wedding / Bar/Bat Mitzvah / Event is placed on the calendar. The remainder is due no later than the day of the event. The exception is a Corporate/Business event.
Payment is by cash, personal/ or bank check, money order only.
Cancellation by the Client does not entitle him/her to a refund. Exceptions MAY be made at the Photographer's discretion and only at the Photographer's discretion.
If the Photographer is unable to fulfill this agreement, the client will receive a complete refund.
If possible, and at YOUR CHOICE, another photographer may substitute to fulfill this agreement.
