| Built in 1903 for opera, first class “Broadway” theatre with a proscenium opening of approximately 40 feet, a working depth approaching 40 feet, full fly gallery with both counterweight and hemp flying systems, five 4x8 foot traps, ample dressing rooms, an orchestra pit to accommodate 50 players, and about 1,200 new seats. Unobstructed view from all seats, quality acoustics. Fully restored and reopened in 2003. |
