Seaport World Trade Center - An Eventective User from Boston, Massachusetts. Boston, Massachusetts

Boston's Seaport World Trade Center's Commonwealth Hall is a great venue for a large meeting because of its versatile large space and historic location. The hall is large and luxurious and can fit many types of meetings. I recently attended a race expo there, and it fit all of the vendors, packet pick-up, as well as a moon bounce and other amenities. It also has air walls and curtains to partition the space to hold different facets of the same event at once. The venue has high ceilings, multiple rooms, and is very modern. It is located in historic South Boston, and is close to many nice hotels (and attached to the Seaport Hotel), as well as bars and restaurants. It is located on the Boston Harbor and cruises embark from next door, and it is also right by a few of Boston' most famous seafood restaurants (Anthony's Pier Four and the Barking Crab.) Visitors can also walk to Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing, or other areas of Boston. In addition, it is only a short cab ride away from Logan Airport, or there is a T station 2 blocks away that goes straight to the airport. Although it is the largest meeting venue in Boston, the World Trade Center is also only a few blocks away from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, if a meeting needed an even larger space. I found that the ample number of parking lots close by, the great location, and the large space of the World Trade Center made it an ideal meeting location.

Great Conference Space With HUGE Rooms - An Eventective User from Los Angeles, CA

The Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center in Boston Mass is quite possibly the most beautiful meeting venue I have ever seen. The Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center also has excellent reviews from senior management and clients from around the world. the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center really impresses from the moment of your first experience all the way through to execution. The facilities at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center are obviously clean and well-maintained. Every aspect of my experience with the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center was top-notch. Conveniently, the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center offers a wide array of meeting and planning services such as AV assistance, 24/7 telecommunication expertise, WI-FI, trade show equipment, and even floral services! Their venue features are pretty great too, they include a state-of-the-art communication ensemble, huge loading docks for vendors, and tons of parking for conference guests. With their proximity to all the attractions and sites that Boston has to offer, you cannot go wrong with Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center. I am recommending Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center to all my partners for the next time they are in Boston.

Elegance In The City - An Eventective User from Ames,Iowa

After college my best friend moved to Boston. When she got married in 2010 I flew out to Boston to be the Maid of Honor in her beautiful Boston Wedding. The wedding reception was held at the Seaport Boston Hotel and it was hands down the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The banquet room was amazing. Everything about it screamed high class and expensive and while it was a lot more then some people could afford to spend it was not over priced for everything that they got in their wedding package. For their reception they used the Plaza level Ballroom and it was plenty big for the three hundred plus people that were in attendance at their reception. The room even had a beautiful view of the amazing Boston Harbor. The rooms that we stayed in that weekend were amazing as well and they had all the amenities that you could want and the staff was nice as well. They were helpful without getting in your face. For the actual reception they didn't have to bring in a caterer from outside the hotel as they had their own right there. They had many different options for them to choose from that ranged in prices. The meal that they picked was simple and delicious. What is great about having a caterer there is that they know the location. They are familiar with it so they don't screw up. The service was great and I know that the bride and groom were really happy with it as well and all the guest thought the place and the staff was great.
