This is our newest and most exciting Plan because it provides you with just enough freedom to plan as you please along with access to a professional planner for reassurance. In this Plan, the bride and planner work together in a virtual collaboration to create the ideal celebration for your day.
Beginning as early as 6 months in advance, you will have the benefit of receiving scheduled monthly (or bi-monthly) meetings that will be held via telephone or Skype. By working together we will be able to clarify and organize your visions to secure the best possible vendors to get the job done right. Then approximately 30 days prior, your Pinkberry Moon Advisor will step in and provide a more hands-on approach to wrap up even the minutest details and then execute those particulars for a beautiful affair.

Consultation Services
- 22 hours of consultation
- Unlimited email consultations
- 10 hours of Wedding Day Coordination
- 2 hours of rehearsal time
- Management of décor installation and set up
- Oversee wedding day transportation for the bride and groom
- Create and distribute wedding day schedule to all vendors and bridal party
- Greet, check in and confirm details with each vendor prior to and on wedding day
- Providing back up of vendor availability in event of major complications
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
