Food Team provides staff to our clients in 3 primary ways. Temporary Staff, Temp to Perm and permanent placement or direct hire. Temporary Staff – Food Team provides temporary staff to help fill openings created because of vacation or medical leave. Another key use of our temporary staff is to fill ASAP or Last Minute needs. Whether these are created by and employee calling in sick or because a client has an unexpected busy period, Food Team is available to staff these needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Temp 2 Perm Program – Food Team’s most popular hiring option is our temp-2-perm program. In this program Food Team will provide our client with an employee whose skill set fits the needs of the open position. Then our client can work our employee through an on the job interview and get an actual feel for how the employee works and fits into their environment. If for some reason the employee doesn’t work out, Food Team will provide another employee which will take over the accumulated hours of the original employee. Permanent Placement or Direct Hire – Food Team also provides permanent placement or a direct hire as an employment resource for the food service and hospitality industries. Food Team will provide reference checked and tested employees for our clients to be interviewed. Only if our candidate is hired will our client owe us a fee for this service.
