Exchange your vows surrounded by the beauty of a landscaped garden or on the covered garden terrace, or fireside in an antique-adorned public room. Elopements may be scheduled up to two months in advance. Exceptions may be made in some circumstances. Contact us for details.
Includes private non-denominational ceremony or vow renewal (personalized to your beliefs) performed by an ordained wedding officiant at the location of your choice on Gramercy's property. Based on availability, up to 20 guests. Ceremony rates do not include overnight accommodations.

Wedding officiants for elopement ceremonies are contracted for a 30 minute time slot, as designated at the time of reservation. Should you be unable to proceed with your ceremony during the reserved time, you waive the services of the officiant.
You are responsible for obtaining a valid Baltimore County, Maryland marriage license. Details can be found on the elopements page of our website.

Experience the tranquility of the Carriage House at Gramercy Mansion - an ideal setting for your next event! All rooms open to a central courtyard enhanced by a tranquil fountain, flower garden and antique carriage.
Rental includes: - Use of the Batik room, carriage room, conference room, courtyard, kitchen and Edwardian garden - 100 Chiavari chairs, ten 60"-round tables and one 8'-long table - Time allotted for a 4-hour reception, 2-hour caterer set-up and 1-hour clean-up
Carriage House Rental Rates:
Midweek (Monday - Thursday): $1,000.00 Friday & Sunday: $2,000.00 Saturday & Holidays: $2,500.00
Additional Hour: $600.00
Ceremony Fee (Includes chairs and set up): $300.00
Hours: 7 A.M. to 11 P.M.

Reservations:
Weekend dates for Carriage House will be held with a $1000 deposit by cash or check. Balance is due three months prior to the event. If canceled 6 months prior, there is a $500 dollar refund. If canceled 3 months prior there is a $50 dollar refund.
Mid-week dates will be held with a $250 deposit by cash or check with balance due three months prior to the event.
If canceled at least 3 months prior, there is a $50 refund.
Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable from date to date. Two events may be held on Saturdays, if time allows. When two events are held, the same caterer must be used by both parties. |

Overnight accommodations may be selected from all available guest rooms. Pricing includes a ceremony for a maximum of 20 guests. Elopements may be scheduled up to two months in advance. Romantic Elopement Getaway includes:
- Private non-denominational ceremony or vow renewal (personalized to your beliefs) performed by an ordained wedding officiant at the location of your choice on Gramercy's property (based on availability, up to 20 guests)
- A CD of wedding photos, taken by a professional wedding photographer before, during and/or after your ceremony (1-hour session);
- An elegant dinner for two at the Linwoods, Oregon Grille, Petit Louis, or Mia Carolina, some of the area's most romantic and highly-acclaimed restaurants, including a glass of wine with each of the first two courses, coffee and dessert, tax and gratuity (Based on availability; Dinner at Linwoods not available on Saturdays)
- One night stay in the room of your choice, complete with romantic votive candles and rose petals scattered throughout the room, a dozen long-stemmed roses and display of gourmet chocolates!
Package Rate: $1600.00 (Monday – Thursday); $1800.00 (Friday – Sunday)

Reserve Gramercy Mansion for your next event!
Basic Rental includes:
- Use of five public rooms, terrace, and lawns of Gramercy - Shared use of the kitchen for the caterer - Baby Grand piano in living room may be played - Hours of rental include 4 hours for reception, 2 hours for caterer set-up and 1 hour for caterer clean-up - Fifteen 60"-round tables, one 8'-long table and 150 Chivari chairs
Rental Rates for Gramercy Mansion:
Midweek (Monday - Thursday): $2000.00 Friday, Sunday, Saturday Afternoon: $4000.00 Saturday Evening & Holidays: $5000.00
Additional Hour: $600.00
Ceremony Fee (includes chairs & set-up): $300.00
Prime Time: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays
Hours: Mondays-Saturdays: 12 P.M. to 11 P.M. Sundays: 3 P.M. to 11 P.M.
Exceptions: Two weddings may be held on Saturdays, with one starting in the afternoon and the second beginning in the evening. In May, June, September and October the following time slots are available: 12-4, 1-5, 6-10, 7-11. The time slots are a guideline and can be adjusted in certain cases. In all other months two weddings may be scheduled on Saturdays if time allows. If you would like to be the only event on a Saturday, you may reserve any 5-hour time slot beginning after 12 p.m. for $7,000.
Caterer: Approved caterer only. See our website for list of approved caterers.
*Note: When two weddings are held on Saturdays the same caterer must be used for both parties. Choice of caterer goes to the first scheduled lessee. Caterer must be chosen within 8 weeks of making reservation; if not caterer of choice goes to first person notifying decision of caterer.

Reservations:
