For over 15 years, Rock Creek Catering Company has established itself as a leader in in the catering industry for both the quality and presentation of our food. Our executive chef Laura Schwartz studied at the Culinary Institute of America before apprenticing at some of the finest culinary establishments in Europe. From there, Ms. Schwartz was then offered the opportunity to work at the White House under acclaimed pastry chef Roland Mesnier.
