Inspired by some of the nation’s most loved bars including Cantina (San Francisco), Holeman & Finch (Atlanta), the Edison (L.A.) and the Clover Club (Brooklyn), the flagship location of Quench opened in Rockville, MD in May, 2012. Quench™ is a neighborhood bar, updated and made for people whose days of buckets of beer and ‘sex-on-the-beach shooters’ are in their rearview mirror. Quench, located at 9712 Traville Gateway Drive in Rockville (just off 270), offers crafted cocktails and innovative modern American cuisine using local and organic ingredients when possible, and served in snack, small and full-plate sizes.
