Cancellation: Lessee shall have five (5) business days prior to the event date to cancel event under this contract, provided that no refunds will be granted within thirty (30) calendar days of event date. All cancellations must be received by 5:00pm on the fifth (5) business day prior to the event date. Changes to the event date will be treated as a cancellation. Client must notify Signature Eventz of the cancellation in writing via email or US mail. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. |
