The location is equipped with a vintage greenhouse with a plush green grass floor to add to the outdoor feel for the reception site which can easily hold up to 300 people. The greenhouse itself can be enclosed or open depending on the weather, it also has a 20 X 20 dance floor that is already inset in the ground.
The ceremony site has an arbor that can be decorated or left plain. The arbor has a stone floor and is fully landscaped. The area around the arbor is also able to accommodate a large or small wedding party. The area for sitting is limit less because it is all open. The site also offers two parking lots for guest vehicles and is also handicap accessible. There is an area that is unseen and has plenty of room for caterers to set-up and operate near the reception area. It is fully landscaped by our wonderful landscaper and owner to give a one of a kind appearance and feel and not to mention a lovely opportunity for beautiful photography. This is a wonderful place for an evening or day time wedding and has limitless possibilities. The area can also allow clients to add a special flare to their event by adding fireworks, since the location is surrounded by trees and is in a valley, there would not be a noise issue. The site is also about 10 degrees cooler and there is always a breeze since it in is a valley. So it may be the answer for someone that wants an outdoor wedding in the dead of summer but wants it to be cooler. But what makes this location above all the must beautiful location I have ever seen is that it is all in front a gorgeous lake. The ceremony site is actually butted up to the lake and allows the ceremony to have one of a kind back drop.

Our reception / ceremony venue is conveniently located a short drive outside of Frederick, Maryland. We sit quietly off of the main road in a fully landscaped valley, away from all of the road noise for that unbelievably tranquil setting for your event, whether it is a wedding or a corporate event.

| | "Unbelievable Wedding Venue", newlywed2007 from Frederick, Maryland | | My wife and I got married here at this great site and were extremely satisfied with all of the amenities that were provided to us for our day. They truly helped our fantasy wedding come true, especially with the attention to detail that was provided by the owner and his event coordinator, who truly does go the extra mile to help make your day everything that you want it to be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THEIR DAY TO BE AS SPECIAL AS OURS TURNED OUT TO BE! |
