The Arts and Crafts building offers a very campy feel for a break out meeting space and a large accessible deck for outdoor meeting space. The camp decorated interior is a great activity space for active groups. The interior space seats up to 30 lecture style and 20 classroom style, and the deck can accommodate both classroom and lecture style seating for up to 50. Dimensions: - Interior meeting space is 21' x 21' and 441 square feet - Deck is 35' x 35' and is uncovered and accessible by stairs or ramp The rental rate is $200 per day. The building is not available during Summer Camp.

YMCA Camp Letts has several lovely outdoor locations that may serve as alternate spots for a wedding ceremony, religious service or remembrance ceremony. There is no guest limit for these spaces. The rental rate is $250 when used in conjunction with other meeting spaces.

The picnic area boasts a wonderful view of the river and is nestled between the Dining Hall and the Waterfront. The picnic area can accommodate approximately 250 guests and is the perfect location for a Camp Letts barbeque. Our Camp staff will cook up hot dogs and hamburgers on the outside grills. Approximate dimenstions are 30' x 50'. The rental rate is $500 for the use of the picnic area for 5 hours with a $100 charge for each additional hour.

The tent can be placed almost anywhere on camp for use in special events or to host an outdoor meeting or gathering. The tent comfortably seats up to 120 guests table style. Dimensions: 40' x 40' The rental rate is a cost of $500 per day.

The large and picturesque Dining Hall at Camp Letts and its large porch provide the perfect location to view our amazing sunsets. This large meeting space includes a large fireplace and is the perfect location for all special events, meetings, holiday parties and gatherings.
With seating for up to 350 people, and lecture style seating for up to 500, the Dining Hall is the largest meeting space we offer. Dimensions: 80' x 72' and 5760 square feet The rental rate allows for the use of the Dining Hall from 10 am to 11 pm on the day of the event. Off season prices (November - January) for the Dining Hall is $500 per day Monday - Friday.

The Boathouse was built in the 1920's and provides an outstanding view of the Rhode River and the Camp Letts fleet of boats. This private meeting space is located a short walk from the main parking lot and offers a large deck on the land side, and a waterside porch with space to relax and enjoy the water views.
The boathouse offers seating space for 80 people, and lecture style seating for up to 100. Dimensions: 46' x 30' and 1380 square feet The rental rate is $500 per day.

Fisher Hall is centrally located on Camp and is an easy distance to all activities and cabins and overlooks the Basketball and Tennis courts. Fisher Hall was the original Dining Hall for Camp Letts but as camp grew Fisher Hall is now the main hub for our growing Day Camp. Because of this Fisher Hall is not available in the summer months while Camp is in session.
Fisher Hall offers an accessible ramp for entry and both classroom and lecture style seating for up to 90. Dimensions: 45' x 30' and 1350 square feet The rental rate is $500 per day. The facility is not available during Summer Camp.
