Our food, whether it is an entree blackened chicken salad or 300 miniature crabcakes, is completely hand made with the freshest ingredients. The blackened chicken salad is prepared with red leaf lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, toasted almonds & sweet red grapes, topped with breast of chicken coated in our homemade blackening spice & sauteed, served with one of our homemade dressings. The minature crabcakes are hand formed using jumbo lump crabmeat, fresh bell peppers, seasonings, spices & a minimal amount of breadcrumbs to just hold them together for sauting. They are served with spicy cocktail sauce & homemade Loius sauce! If you are feeding 10 or 200 we give every morsel our utmost attention.
