The Pavilion is 45 feet wide x 65 feet long, with a 12-foot vaulted ceiling. Nearly 3,000 square feet of picturesque panoramic waterfront views, and can be rented year-round. Depending on weather, it can be enclosed at an additional cost for climate control in the cool season or open to cooling breezes all summer long. The site also includes the little Gazebo within proximity as well as the lanscaped grounds nearby.
