I have lived in Portland Maine for about 30 years and have driven past the facility where they keep the coaches and limousines but didn't have the opportunity to hire one until my wife's parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The reservations were very easy to make, with the customer service person being very helpful. I told her the size of the group(just about 25) and she recommended on of their buses. I was I bit put off be the sound of a bus, but she assured me that it was a very nice vehicle with plush seating and ample room. So I reserved it. On the day of the event( we were taking the group first to Two lights state park for a renewal of their wedding vows and then to a fantastic restaurant in the Old Port of Portland Maine) this large dark colored bus showed up at my house. It was a bit embarrassing; the thing was very big. But once we all piled in we felt some comfortable. The seating was so plush and clean. There was a small wet bar with Sparkling Cider and Champagne and plenty of bottled water. The ride was smooth and the driver was the nicest man. He made sure we had everything we needed before we started out and was the first to lend a helping hand with the older member as they made their way down the steps. All in all it was a great time and really we could not have done it without the great service of Custom Coach. I have recommended them many times to friends and would recommend them to any one seeking such a service.

Well it took me 50 years to ride in a limo what a well run organization you have everyone from the initial call to the driver were very professional we felt like royalty my father's 90th birthday was very special with the service you provided as a business owner i was very impressed with Custom Coach our entire family was thanks again
