The Maine Historical Society is pleased to offer several exceptional facilities for your special event. Unquestionably one of the more unique venues in the area. Our gracious museum setting will add another level of enjoyment to your event. Conveniently located in the center of Portland's cultural district, the MHS campus includes several options for rental use.

The Maine Historical Society's Brown Street parking lot, located behind the Museum, is available to our guests after 5:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. For Monday - Friday before 5:00 pm parking is available in several nearby lots.
