The Harbor View has white walls which are accented by vaulted ceilings, with spacious windows that frame the ocean view. It has a full service bar. Team building and training seminars, award ceremonies, appreciation days, fund raisers, birthday parties, anniversaries, holidays, graduations, class reunions, theme parties and of course Lobster Bakes can be held at the Harbor View. The Harbor View offers their guests a total of 4780 square feet of function space, which includes 2880 square feet of deck area accommodating approximately 200 seated guests. The inside is newly designed and offers space of 1,800 square feet, creating seating for approximately 100-125 guests.
