 10/25/2011 | | "Simple yet Beautiful Maine Wedding", An Eventective User from Bath, Maine | | I recently attended a wedding at Fort Williams Park in the beautiful town of Cape Elizabeth Maine. It was in early August so the weather was absolutely beautiful for the occasion. It was a very simple wedding, with a small venue which was open to the outdoors. About 75 people were in attendance. It was nice because the views were absolutely gorgeous and in between the ceremony and the reception (which was in the same venue) you were able to walk around the park and go up to and into the historic lighthouse which was right around the corner from the venue. It would also be a great area to get married in during the fall season because of the beautiful foliage. No I wasn't the one that got married there, but being an attendant I really enjoyed myself, the wedding, and the scenery. |
