Personal Touch Catering is located at Buxton, ME. We have two facilities, The Roost in Buxton and Events on Broadway in South Portland. WE are one of Maine's largest on and off premise caterers serving guest from 25 to 2500. The in-house staff of 40 is fully trained and uniformed for all events and the average staff member has been with us for more than 8 years. Personal Touch can bring superior cuisine virtually anywhere this could be it the office or showroom to a private residence to a public park or even on board a boat. It offer great Maine lobster, clam bakes & BBQ's with baby back ribs or steak, dessert or cocktail receptions are always unique. Personal Touch provides catering services for corporate seminars, meetings, trade shows, fundraisers & special events.

 9/22/2011 | | "Great Wedding Reception", An Eventective User from Hollis Center, ME | | I attended a wedding at the Roost last August. Do not judge this venue by the outside! The interior is very rustic with lots of wood, and a balcony going all the way around a dance floor that can also double as an area for more tables. In our case, we had the tables all around the dance floor, and everyone was able to focus on the bride's dance with her father, as well as the rest of the dancing that took place. I forget who the DJ was, but it was easy for him to set up and sounded great. All in all, I'd recommend the Roost to anyone that just wanted to have a great time with family and friends for an event like a wedding reception. It's a very versatile hall, and the catering is done on-site. |
| 9/8/2011 | | "Perfect banquet venue", An Eventective User from New England Bible College | | After taking too long to locate a space for our annual banquet, we began to panic. Eventdetective found a nearby but relatively unknown spot for us in South Portland called "Events on Broadway". Our initial meeting with the owner was favorable, and we were impressed at their willingness to craft a menu that fit our budget rather than giving us a list of fixed options. On the night of the event, everything went perfectly! The meal was on time, the food was excellent, and the service was superb. We would highly recommend Events on Broadway based upon our experience! |
