3-story post-beam building with balconies situated on the ocean's quiet east side of Boothbay Harbor. The Inn has been owned and operated by the Brown family for 3 generations. Two cottages are available for rent. Capt. Brown's Cottage is an updated 1800's carriage house with 3 bedrooms and full kitchen. Newly constructed in 2003, Capt. Lunt's Cottage is bright and airy with ocean views, 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen.
