The Grand Coteau House Ballroom is a statement of southern elegance, capturing the essence of antebellum architecture. Our modern facility offers all the amenities to make your event, whether large or small, business or personal, one to be remembered. It is located in Historic Grand Coteau within the heart of Cajun Acadiana. Situated only blocks off I-49, the location of the ballroom provides your guests with quick and easy access to the ballroom facilities in historic Grand Coteau. The Ballroom is located on the main street of historic Grand Coteau, Louisiana. Our community is steeped in old southern traditions, with hundred year old oaks lining our sidewalks. Your event venue is made complete when hosted at the Grand Coteau House Ballroom.

Built as a multi-million dollar thoroughbred farm, the facility and grounds would rival any derby farm in the Nation. Located on 30 acres, the venue provides a super impressive horse barn and a 1,700 sq ft gazebo over water. The barn has been converted with all modern conveniences, air conditioning, ADA access and restrooms, antique buffets and comforts to accommodate the most elaborate or simplistic of events. The venue provides the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, reception, or both. The property also boasts a 18,000 sf pavilion for business retreats, seminars and company parties. The 22 ft ceilings and imported mahogany create a unique ambiance. When viewing the building, bring your derby hat and mint julep.

The ABACUS, captures the essence and grandeur of classic 1940’s architecture. Totally restored, renovated and embellished with all modern conveniences, our events venue offers all that is needed to make your special occasion, whether large or small, business or personal, one to be remembered. It has a wonderful blend of old New Orleans integrated with post war 1940’s architecture. The building offers space for as many as 350 guests in a cocktail party type reception. In addition to our main floor, the ABACUS offers the use of a second floor for guest seating or, may be segregated to accommodate the bridal party/family’s use. The ABACUS provides 125 on site parking slots with curb parking around the building.

The Truss Room, located at 3822 Ambassador Caffery, is now open and accepting reservations. In keeping with our long tradition of exquisite venues, this location offers an eclectic ambience. The setting is ideal for wedding receptions, corporate events, meeting space and fundraisers of any kind.

The Wolff Banquet and Reception Hall was built in the 1840’s and is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Our banquet & reception hall boasts 8,000 square foot of space and can accommodate up to 400 guests. When you and your guests step within our reception hall for your special event, you will be awestruck by the beauty of an architecture from days gone by. With attention to detail and the historical nature of the building, the Wolff Hall has been completely restored to its original grandeur. You and your guests will enjoy the spacious interior that is embellished with 16 chandeliers, a copper lined bar, and the original old timbers exposed to view. Our hard surface courtyard is ideal for on site weddings. If ever there was a building that captured the essence of “The Old South”…….this is it!
