The Louisville Visual Art Association attracts more than 100,000 participants annually to its exhibitions, art classes and special events. The Water Tower is a home of Louisville’s leading contemporary art center, the Louisville Visual Art Association. The Water Tower-A major monument of the Greek Revival style, the building with its 169-foot standpipe tower was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1971.
