Cornerstone Cottage is a 1920's cottage-style building which was recently refinished inside and out, and transformed into a banquet facility. It is centrally located in Louisville, KY. and is about one mile south of the Watterson Expressway. With a maximum capacity of 60 people, it's the perfect size banquet facility for small and medium sized gatherings, when a huge banquet hall or hotel meeting room does not make sense. Access to our side-yard is available with every rental and can be used for any kind of event. We have hosted various events from bridal and baby showers; family birthday and anniversary parties; graduation parties and even corporate seminars and meetings. Many have also told us that it is also a great alternative to having a party in their home, when the home was not big enough for the number of people to gather comfortably. The Cottage has been recently renovated and features hardwood and tile floors, charming surroundings, handicap accessible restrooms and entry ramp, on site kitchenette with platters and other supplies for you to use, as well as tables & chairs for use with any event. The Cottage is available for rent for a half day (4 hours) or all day (8 hours) . Special pricing is available for recurring rentals like monthly business meetings, support groups, social gatherings or other events.
