 8/25/2011 | | "Above and beyond customer service!", An Eventective User from Brandenburg, KY | | I just have to say that Broadway Florist is one business that will go above and beyond your expectations! I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife and they truly showed me how great they really are. I called them and had an order set for delivery in Radcliff, outside of our county, and they really did show me how far they are willing to go to provide excellent customer service. When the delivery driver showed up at my wife's work she wasn't there. I couldn't believe it and told them that they must have the wrong place or address. The driver confirmed everything with me and he was at the right place. My wife works at a law firm and had ran out to deliver dockets to the court house, just across the street. The driver told me something I never expected to hear, he said he would go down the street and wait until she returned. I was amazed and couldn't believe it! I figured he was just going to drop them off and head out, but nope he was going to wait. He knew it was for a special occasion and meant a lot to me. I was so surprised, and still am, that he would do that for me. I no longer felt like "just another customer" or "just another delivery". He did wait and it wasn't to long before she arrived back. She was surprised to when she got them, but I am sure if she had known everything he had done to make sure she got them she would have been even more surprised. I continue to use them to this day and recommend them to everyone who is looking to order flowers or any thing else they have. Broadway Florist truly does put their customers first and makes sure the customers are satisfied. So if you need flowers, balloons, gift baskets, or specialty baskets, then Brandenburg Florist should be your first choice. You can call them or go online to order and they accept all forms of payment. If you truly want a florist that cares about their customers then make Brandenburg Florist your first choice!
