 9/5/2008 | | "Wedding Evening Party- lots of restrictions", An Eventective User from Mount Vernon, Iowa | | We rented this for a party after a noon wedding and wanted to make sure we were able to do a Pork Roast outside. As the event approached, we called to confirm use of the kitchen to cut up the hog and they would not allow this unless we paid an extra kitchen fee and had a very hard time letting us use their fridges for our salads and pies. Overall, we were happy with the space but these last minute fees did not make us very happy or feel like we had gotten a good deal as we had already paid $1,200 to rent the facility. |
