Q Center is one of the world's largest conference facilities and the largest among Chicago and US training facilities. The contemporary conference commons offers 118 meeting venues in more than 150,000 square feet of flexible space for functions of all sizes – from a private meeting for two to a conference of 2,000. Q Center also provides lodging for more than 1,000 guests as well as dining, superior technology, recreation and a host of comprehensive services and amenities including 24-hour security. Equipped with technology that includes wireless Internet connectivity, high-speed Internet access, videoconferencing, and LAN setup and support. Q Center is located in a private setting on 96 wooded acres along the banks of the Fox River in St. Charles, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. It is easily accessible from O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport as well as other locations throughout the United States. Complete ground transportation arrangements can be handled by the Q Center team. Unique among Chicago training facilities is the range of meeting rooms: from small group discussion rooms and an executive boardroom to tiered amphitheaters and a 19,300-square-foot ballroom. Internet access is provided 24 hours a day at three Cyber Cafes located in convenient stations throughout the conference commons and through wireless access in common areas. Meeting rooms are available 24 hours a day. In addition to traditional business center services, Q Center’s on-site technical services and event production teams have a comprehensive in-house inventory of equipment and tools. Plus, these professionals are skilled at custom-setting meeting space based on any number of specifications.
In addition, Q Center has a dedicated conference services staff. Each meeting is assigned a conference planner. The team executes all meetings from concept to completion and provides personalized service.
