The Meadows Club offers a Grand Ballroom that can host from 100 to 1,000
guests. Our breathtaking décor, spanning 16,000 square feet of versatile
space, features dramatic 24-foot ceilings and crystal chandeliers. This
elegant setting is the perfect place for weddings, receptions, conventions,
fundraisers, dinner concerts and couture events.
The elevated stage is the perfect setting for concerts, fashion shows and corporate
presentations. Private green rooms and bridal suites with attached baths, specialty
lighting with an integrated dimming system and advanced sound technology will
ensure an unforgettable event. Our facility is equipped with wireless,
videoconferencing and web-casting capabilities, with strategically placed video
screens that can be programmed to play different visuals at one time or be linked
to play as one.
For smaller or more intimate meetings we offer two private, fully
equipped meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of 50 to 100 guests.
Our Executive Chef and his experienced culinary team will turn
ordinary fare into an international fusion menu designed to excite all your senses with
a combination of taste, aroma and visual presentation. Entrees include high quality seafood,
meat, innovative vegetarian creations and other exotic dishes that will
satisfy that special menu you desire. Using only the freshest ingredients, each meal is prepared to
perfection in our state-of-the-art kitchen featuring advanced
combi-ovens nestled next to exotic tandoor ovens.

We have hotel that will shuttle guests (less than 1.5 miles) full service, name brand, excellent rates! We can do corporate meetings, concerts, fashion shows(we have runways), showers, wedding ceremonies and receptions, trade shows, job fairs......facility is very unique and can be used is so many ways.

| | "Wonderful Wedding", An Eventective User from Mundelein, Illinois | Found this venue because a frined of mine works for a company that holds their corporate meetings at Meadows Club. She had told me that the staff was great and the rooms were unique. They had several days of meetings with lunches and dinners and I was told that the food was outstanding, so armed with this information I visited the site! I was greated by the most courteous and enthusiastic staff I had encountered in my search for the perfect wedding venue. That was only the beginning...it got even better with their list of options and informative event planners. It went from a wonderful experience to a perfect wedding event that will be hard for my friends to ever match! It was a 10+ all the way from the first meeting to the last dance...thank you Meadows Club! You made our day PERFECT! I highly recommend you check out this place for any social event!
