There are two different indoor locations available on this beautiful nature reserve. Each facility holds between 100-200 guests depending on your preferences and set-up. At $200 an hour to rent, this facility offers spectacular scenery, and unparalleled service. There are also 3 outdoor locations available to have the ceremony. There is a schoolhouse arch, an anniversary garden, or the waterfall. A wedding rehearsal is included in the final price and will be had the day before, barring any schedule conflicts. Top notch accommodations and services are plentiful. Additional time is available for extra cost, but the cost is well worth it. The staff also has fantastic recommendations for extras such as bands, DJ's, caterers, and photographers. There is an endless amount of scenery for photographs, including a lake, waterfalls, streams, and trees as far as one can see. You do need to purchase a photo permit for taking any photos of up to 25 people for more than one hour. Privacy on the outside grounds is not guaranteed as this is a public venue, but that should hardly be an issue, as there is an abundance of land for all to share. There is wildlife and fish throughout the grounds. Mostly birds, squirrels, chipmunks, ducks and geese. I love this place on a daily basis and wouldn't dream of having a wedding anywhere else. For anyone looking to enjoy nature at it's finest on your wedding day, you must give Lake Katherine a tour. The waterfall is a must see, and a must for any photos. A true gem by any and all means.
