University Center includes a full-service conference wing with over 30 meeting rooms ideal for meetings & events. Our "smart" classrooms are each equipped with a computer equipped with Microsoft Office and internet access, LCD projection, DVD & VHS capability along with a document camera - all included in the room rental. Full service catering is also available. Packages are available for corporate as well as non-profit organizations and community groups.

"Smart" meeting rooms include LCD projector, screen, speakers, WiFi (no additional charge), a computer, laptop connection, DVD, VHS and document camera. Microphones also included in larger spaces.

CANCELLATION:

The function space and food and beverage functions listed will be considered definite commitments upon signing of this agreement by both parties and will be subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. Faxed signatures will be accepted. The persons signing below agree that they are authorized representatives of the indicated group and Conference Center who have authority to enter this contract. Cancellation damages will be calculated as a percentage, based on the date of cancellation listed below of the total anticipated gross re venues from all contracted premises, food, and/or beverage listed as follows:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

You must obtain approval from University Center prior to arrival before you bring any food or beverages from outside sources. State Law prohibits bringing alcoholic beverages into the facility. Food and beverage will be provided through our exclusive agreement with Noteable Events and can be arranged through your Conference Planner. Food/beverage brought into the building will incur an additional $250 service charge per occurrence for additional custodial service.

PAYMENT:

Client will receive an invoice upon completion of the function. Payment in full is due within thirty (30) days of billing. Amounts 30 days or more past due will be subject to a late fee of 1 1/2% per month. In the event that the account becomes delinquent, client agrees to pay any collection fees (including court costs and attorney fees). There is a 5% handling fee on all credit card transactions. Any outside services or materials contracted by UCLC will incur a 10% service charge.
