Our fabulous Theater is equipped for stage presentations, lectures, and movies. From the front row to the back, 500 comfortable seats offer an unobstructed view of every performance. Stage dimensions are 41' deep, 100' wide, with a 16' x 20' proscenium.
The Decatur Civic Center Theater also offers:

With approximately 28,000 square feet of flexible floor space, the possibilities in the Arena are endless. It is even transformed into an ice skating rink during the winter months! The Arena offers audience seating for 3,000, banquet seating for 1,500, or room for 136 (10' x 10') trade show booths.
*Rental of the Arena for exhibits, trade shows, sporting events, parties, receptions or presentations is on a per day basis. Base rental includes rehearsal and set up time on the day of the event, normal utilities, janitorial services, chair set-up and removal, and standard house lights.
