About Old Towne Hall

Old Towne Hall is a unique and affordable banquet facility located in Crystal Lake Illinois' historic Downtown district. The building was built in 1910, and is said to have been a warehouse, bank, underground hang out, night spot and even a weather station! It was, and is once again the oldest banquet hall in historic Crystal Lake. The floors are solid concrete below the wood, the ceilings are 15' and covered in antique tins. First and foremost , Ingo and Sandra ( the Dynamic Duo ) were both very nice , attentive , helpful and very professional in their manner as my wife and I provided the music for a 65th birthday celebration . Food was delicious , the setups for dinner were good , there’s ample room for dancing , a certain nostalgic ambiance is felt , and the staff were all polite and helpful . Do yourself a favor and DEFINITELY check this venue out for your next celebration !!! Jay and Anne L
