Illinois Wesleyan University has over 60 spaces on campus available for events, meetings, receptions, and more! Small and large classrooms, meeting spaces for 2 people or 500, theater style, banquet style, lecture style setups, auditoriums, or outdoor spaces, we have all that you need! Most of our rooms have AV technology incorporated. Our catering team can customize a menu for you, they can do it all! Coffee and tea stations, box lunches, buffets, served meals, theme menus, and can accommodate to dietary specifications.

These are our three most popular rooms for parties and social events! All rooms include: Set-up and teardown for tables, chairs, and staging IWU's exclusive caterer Flexibility for you to style the room to your individual tastes Flexibility to bring in your own dessert AV Technology and up to two microphones. Popular Room Options: Joslin Atrium Connected to the ballroom, Joslin has floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking our campus quad. Perfect for smaller gatherings! Full day price: $550 Half day price: $275 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup) Main Lounge A traditional ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests. It features high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. Full day: $660 Half day : $330 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup) Hansen A large flexible event area with tall historic windows and a second-floor balcony overlooking the main space. Can hold up to 200 people. Full day: $660 Half day: $330 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup) Turfler Room Very restaurant style, with a fixed banquet-style setup, it can seat up to 96 people. Also, with a beautiful view of our Quad and plenty of natural light. Full day: $440 Half day: $220 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup)

This package includes: Use of the Chapel, two hour time block the day of the ceremony, one hour rehearsal the night before, a university staff member available in case of maintenance or other urgent issues, set up of the Chapel stage with in-house liturgical items. This package does not include: A university musician, the ability to add additional ceremony hours.

Say "I Do" at IWU! Walk down the aisle at Illinois Wesleyan's adorable historic chapel. Available all months, the chapel can be booked by any couple for their special day. Included in your package is a three-hour reservation at the chapel, a one-hour rehearsal the evening prior to the wedding day, a musician to play either the piano or the organ, and the services of our event coordinator. Say "I Do" at IWU! Enjoy the ease and convenience of booking a wedding reception package at one of our two indoor banquet facilities, with enough space for 300 guests, a dance floor, and more! This package includes the room rental fee, food and beverage from our in-house caterer, dance area, tables and chairs, staging, high boys, and the services of our professional events and catering staffs! Once you book with Illinois Wesleyan, you will work with your on-site event coordinator to craft the perfect wedding reception! Our staff will work on catering options--including a free tasting--and an individualized floor plan for your special day. If you have florists, DJs, or other vendors, our staff will handle any day-of contact and ensure each vendor has all the venue information needed. Say "I Do" at IWU! With large outdoor lawns, Illinois Wesleyan offers the perfect location for outdoor ceremonies. An arboretum, Illinois Wesleyan has dozens of trees across campus to provide summer sun shade and a beautiful backdrop to any ceremony. Visit our campus, choose your location, and then let our event coordinators take over from there! Our professional event coordinators will arrange for chair delivery/set up, audio-visual components, and any other logistics for your perfect day!
